If you are a lawyer, that your duty is to answer these questions for you. But in the meantime, I suggest you pull the Bureau of Insurance Commissioners in the State in which the accident occurred. Most states have a "fair information practices act" or something similar. This should indicate the time to respond to the insurance of the forwarding agency. If a claim has been reported that a genuine insurance would normally have 30 days to respond to or accept the application or request additional information from you reject.

Many transport companies have insured themselves or franchise have a great responsibility that the request was not treated, served with a real insurance yet.

Good Luck

I do not think that one of the official time they fill out an application .. If it was a while ago, and you do not see the results then I would call the claims office and ask to speak with the regional director or the director of the Office there. Otherwise, I think every state has some kind of statue limitatiions must follow .. If no response from the U.S. with the insurance commissioner .. Good luck ... Oh, and take your money quickly, but do not pay too fast ..
