I have a parent who has been diagnosed with diabetes. We find it difficult to determine exactly how many bags of certain foods ... like different canned soup, for example. I want a site that can help.

I have been over six years with diabetes. I could never understand, to change that. I go by calories from carbohydrates and the glycemic index. I would also say that was the transition of carbohydrates best for me, but the first link below does show a good job of getting such information to trade on the label.
