I want to create a list of radio buttons, and when a button is selected, another list of radio buttons appear below the first.

An example would be to choose an animal. First choose the type of animal. Lyou can choose between birds, fish or insects. By clicking on the button next to Bird, another set of radio buttons that appear beneath the options with Robin, Blue Jay, and Wood Pecker.
