How can I lure a Cockroach/Palmetto bug out from under my couch? - palmetto canning

The error Palmetto ran from under my bed and IM problems. I have a phobia of cockroaches, so I'm afraid if I see them. Its hard to move on to the sofa, and I'm afraid. What could I do, as the insecticide, for I have none.
